Healthy Eating In: Penne with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes

Tomatoes – Sun-dried, 0.5 cup
Garlic – Fresh Raw (K), 2 clove, minced
Land O Lakes – Light Butter Stick, 4 Tbsp
Kraft – Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 1 tsp
Barilla Plus Multigrain Penne Pasta, 3 oz
Broccoli – Raw, 1.75 cup, chopped

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a separate pan on low heat, simmer half the butter and the garlic. When the pasta is nearly done, turn the heat up to medium and add the sun dried tomatoes. Drain the pasta and add to the pan along with the broccoli and remaining butter. Mix well. Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
