Healthy Eating In: Green Beans

These were never my favorite, until my college roommate showed me how to get them all crispy!

Beans – Snap, green, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 0.7 cup
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter – Light, 0.3 Tbsp (14g)
Kraft – Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 1 tsp
Garlic – 1 clove, minced

Instructions: Steam green beans in a double boiler for approximately one minute. Spray a pan lightly with Pam and add the garlic, then mix in the beans. Coat with a few sprays of butter. Sear for about five minutes, or until crispy.
