Chicken can get boring night after night, but once we discovered McCormick Grill Mates seasonings, we found a dinner that was easy to cook, low on calories, and could be made over and over again without it getting boring! Simply coat 4-5 oz of boneless chicken breast in your favorite seasoning, line a pan with PAM and cook on medium until the internal temperature is approximately 165 degrees. (We highly recommend investing in a small meat thermometer.) You can switch up the veggies and the starches you have on the side, making for endless delicious pairings!
