Healthy Eating In: Chicken Parmesan

This is another good Weight Watchers recipe, with a few small changes:

Market Pantry – All Natural Whole Wheat Flour, 1/32 cup
Price chopper – Price chopper fat free pasta sauce, 1/4 cup (128 g)
Kraft – Natural Shredded Low-Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, 1/8 cup (28 g)
Progresso – Bread Crumbs – Plain, 7 g (1/4c)
Bertolli – Olive Oil – Extra Light , 1 tbsp
Shop Rite – Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Baked or Grilled 113 g, 5 oz
Crystal Farms All Whites – Liquid Egg Whites, 1.3 tbsp
Kraft – Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, 1 tsp

Carbs: 16
Fat: 23
Protein: 53
Sodium: 911
Fiber: 3
*The switch to oil instead of PAM was a concession I had to make when the chicken kept burning.
